First Course

Second Course

Agedashi Tofu – breaded tofu topped with bonito flakes, fried shallots, and sesame oil
Seafood Ceviche – salmon, scallops, prawns, avocado, red onions, cucumbers, cilantro, mango, wonton chips
Zen Beef Carpaccio – thinly sliced rare beef, topped with red onions, capers, asiago cheese, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and ponzu sauce
Crab Cakes – Dungeness crab, red bell pepper, onion and celery, served with lobster sauce

Third Course

Edamame Gyoza – potstickers made with edamame, potatoes, bell peppers, tofu
Prawns & Scallops – grilled prawns and scallops in a creamy lemon caper sauce
Ahi Rice – crispy furikake rice topped with ahi tuna, red onions, tobiko and mayo
Steamed Clams and Mussels – Manila clams and Prince Edward mussels sautéed in a Thai basil and lemongrass broth, served with baguette bread

Fourth Course

Eggplant Parmesan – breaded eggplant baked in house made tomato basil sauce and topped with mozzarella, served with baguette bread
Basa – pan fried basa with a lemon caper sauce, served with furikake rice
Kakuni Pork - pork belly braised in sake, mirin and shoyu, served with furikake rice and seasonal vegetables
Ribeye (+9.00) – seared rib eye topped with white beech mushrooms, red onions, garlic butter, served with furikake rice

Fifth Course

Churros – dusted with cinnamon and sugar, served with chocolate sauce
Tiramisu – layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese soaked in espresso
